**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team in Chennai. This mid-level, full-time position requires 4-6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, ensuring efficient human capital management processes, and supporting business process analysis, configuration, and documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions to meet client business requirements and workflows
  • Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management
  • Create detailed functional designs and maintain comprehensive documentation
  • Support full life cycle implementations from project inception to post-go-live phases

**Qualifications and Skills**

  • Proven work experience of 4-6 years as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Strong proficiency in business process analysis to understand and improve business workflows
  • Experience with configuration and customization within Oracle Fusion HCM to meet client requirements
  • Ability to document functional designs and system configurations accurately
