Job Title: Data Architect

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge data pipelines that propel our organization forward. With a strong foundation in big data technologies, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.

  • Design and develop scalable data architectures that cater to the evolving needs of our business.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in either Scala or Python, with expertise in Spark and performance tuning.
  • Experience with big data tools: HDFS/S3, Spark/Flink, Hive, HBase, Kafka/Kinesis, etc.
  • Strong understanding of relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including Elasticsearch and Cassandra/Mongodb.
  • Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools: Azkaban, Luigi, Airflow, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A portfolio of personal projects showcasing your technical expertise.
  • Contributions to open-source projects that demonstrate your commitment to community involvement.
