Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing data, applying client-proprietary methodologies to determine ratings for companies based on their ESG performance. They will also deliver high-quality ESG research on a timely basis, coordinate with internal and external suppliers to enhance data quality, and contribute to ongoing improvements of the ratings model.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical skills, including logical thinking and good decision-making abilities
  • Sector expertise, including understanding of business activities and different business models used by industry players
  • Knowledge of long-term trends and developments in the BFSI sector
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to work comfortably in a team environment across hierarchies, functions, and geographies
  • Prior experience or knowledge of ESG research principles is helpful but not essential
