Job Title: Architectural Development Specialist

 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Development Specialist to join our team. As an Architectural Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attending key project meetings, communicating and coordinating with client teams, representatives, and engineers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend all key project meetings to communicate and coordinate with the client teams, representatives, and engineers.

• Analyze architectural designs and plans, prepare building sections, elevation options, schedules, and other design documents required for each phase of a project.

• Contribute to concept design, furniture design, and finishing details with detailed drawings for show and sample flats by developing presentation and mood boards in consultation with seniors.

• Coordinate interfaces between the Engineering team and the Project Management team and ensure effective transfer of information between the two.

• Assist in research and coordination of materials and products as per project specifications.

 

Requirements:

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.

• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Strong imagination and ability to think and create in three dimensions.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
