About the Role:

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly skilled Vice President to lead our Commercial Vehicle Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and managing channels from the market, acquiring business, and building a quality portfolio.
  • Minimizing delinquency and rejection by maintaining a thorough understanding of retail assets, products, operations, and current market trends.
  • Identifying changing market trends, developing new sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Recommending process improvements to drive operational efficiency and high-quality customer service across Retail Banking.
  • Ensuring cross-sell and profitability targets are met in allocated states or areas, handling total inventory value (TIV) with portfolio and stock on hand (SOH) growth.
  • Maintaining team performance, recruitments, training, and mapping TIV for assigned areas.
  • Aligning credit and recovery efforts to maintain low delinquency rates and presenting bank offerings to OEMs and customers regularly.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in commercial vehicle sales.
  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of market trends.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Salary: ₹2.5 Crore - ₹4.5 Crore per annum.

Location: IDFC FIRST Bank's headquarters in Mumbai or other locations as required.
