Network Infrastructure Specialist

As a network infrastructure specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining complex computer networks.
Key Responsibilities:- Network upgrade performed for various network devices such as switches, load balancers, routers and firewalls
- Experience with security solutions like IPS, WAN optimizers, Riverbed and SolarWinds
- In-depth knowledge of core routing and switching protocols including TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, VLAN, VPN and MPLS
- Strong hands-on experience with routing, switching and security devices
- Expertise in working on industry-standard devices and technologies from vendors like Cisco, Aruba and Juniper
- Excellent communication skills and awareness of ITIL best practices
Additional key responsibilities include installing, configuring and maintaining various network devices and services, performing routine maintenance and system upgrades, optimizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network issues and outages, securing network systems by establishing policies and access control, and reporting network operational status by gathering and prioritizing information to manage projects effectively.
