Job Title: MEP Project Manager

Company: Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd.

Job Purpose:

To manage the implementation of MEP services in a project and ensure timely and high-quality completion of MEP activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire MEP works, including air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, electrification, and plumbing systems.
  • Coordinate with internal architects for MEP drawings and BOQs.
  • Prepare and update the status of MEP works on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure zero NCs during audits and certify bills related to MEP works.
  • Decide on the quantity of materials required for MEP works and raise PRs accordingly.
  • Prepare COFs for quantity variations and raise service PRs.
  • Coordinate with liaisoning for infrastructure electrification and statutory work.

Requirements:

  • B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • 4-7 years of work experience in MEP services.

Performance Measure of Success:

Key relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
