We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Process Specialist to join our team at OS Mgmt Consulting Services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing payable, receivable, book keeping, TDS, and taxation functions, including GST and Income Tax
  • Leading change initiatives by identifying and implementing process improvements and resolving barriers to project success
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to drive adoption of new processes
  • Providing training and support to colleagues on process improvement methodologies
Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Finalizing company accounts, audits, and ROC submissions
  • Auditing financial records, reviewing and certifying client books of accounts and balance sheets
  • Coordinating with statutory and internal auditors
  • Preparing MIS reports, variance analysis, and monthly/quarterly/yearly closing
  • Identifying process gaps and initiating process improvements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with financial software and systems
  • Knowledge of taxation laws and regulations
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this role is ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on location and experience.
