Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate professional to join our fast-growing organization in the capacity of Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in manual and automated testing, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to product excellence.

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify and resolve defects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of defects and ensure timely fixes.
  • Conduct manual testing and build automated test suites for faster release cycles, improving overall efficiency.
  • Ensure usability, accessibility, and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility, aligning with industry best practices.
  • Track and report bugs using appropriate tools, manage testing cycles, and contribute to QA process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of QA experience in a product-based company, preferably with proficiency in test management tools and bug tracking systems.
  • Hands-on knowledge of automation tools, such as Selenium or Cypress, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms, like BrowserStack or Sauce Labs, is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Passion for product quality, continuous improvement, and learning, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes.
