  • Software Quality Engineer
Quality Assurance Role Overview

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality of our products and services. They will be responsible for maintaining existing automation test frameworks, collecting and reporting quality metrics from test execution, working with developers to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automating them, creating comprehensive test plans, executing and automating them, and supporting engineering organizations in troubleshooting or addressing issues with applications and dev test environments.

  2. Maintain and enhance existing automation test frameworks to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  3. Collect and report quality metrics from test execution to inform data-driven decision making.
  4. Collaborate with developers to design and automate testing strategies that align with feature development goals.
  5. Develop comprehensive test plans and execute automated tests to ensure high-quality products.
  6. Provide technical support to engineering teams in resolving application and dev test environment issues.
Qualifications and Skills

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in leveraging AI to improve work processes and decision-making.
  • At least 2 years of experience with relevant technologies and coding skills.
  • Hands-on experience with various automated testing frameworks, including Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG, and other open-source projects.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodology for software development teams.
  • Able to apply multiple testing techniques, including performance, unit, integration, and automated testing, with a deep understanding of their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Familiarity with tools like IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration Unix tools, and more.
