HubSpot Designer/ Front-end Developer & Designer

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to fill the role of HubSpot Designer/Front-end Developer & Designer.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging marketing assets, such as landing pages, email templates, and website content while adhering to brand guidelines.

  • Develop dynamic content and personalization strategies to deliver tailored experiences for leads and customers.
  • Optimize HubSpot and website pages for SEO, including metadata, headings, and keyword usage.
  • Build and maintain custom modules, templates, and themes within HubSpot using HubL, HTML, and CSS.
  • Design and prototype web pages using Figma/XD, then build and deploy them in HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create responsive and user-friendly web assets that meet marketing and sales requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to run A/B testing and optimize conversion rates.
  • Manage the creation, publishing, and organization of marketing content in HubSpot (blogs, web pages, downloadable resources).
  • Ensure all HubSpot assets are responsive and display correctly across devices and screen sizes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with HubSpot CMS, including HubL, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices (metadata, keywords, headings).
  • Proficiency in web design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Ability to design and develop responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web assets.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
