Propulsion Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Propulsion Systems Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing thruster firing datasets and collaborating with the AIT team to ensure seamless integration and testing of our satellite propulsion systems.

  • Analyze thruster performance, efficiency, and fault detection data
  • Develop and implement data analysis algorithms and visualization tools
  • Collaborate with propulsion test engineers to understand test requirements and data formats
  • Perform calculations, correlations, and statistical analysis to extract key performance metrics

About this Role:

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement data analysis algorithms and visualization tools
  2. Collaborate with propulsion test engineers to understand test requirements and data formats
  3. Perform calculations, correlations, and statistical analysis to extract key performance metrics
  4. Develop and refine software tools that enhance data analysis and automation
  5. Support AIT activities by analyzing test data and verifying propulsion system performance
  6. Work with electrical simulation tools such as LabView and Simulink

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in engineering (Mechanical or Aerospace) + 1 year industrial experience
  • Master's in engineering (Mechanical or Aerospace)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in propulsion system analysis, aerospace engineering, or related field
  • Hands-on experience in analyzing propulsion test data
  • Strong understanding of aerospace propulsion
