Job Opportunity: Wireless System Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced wireless system designer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, simulating, implementing, and testing of wireless circuits and systems for various applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop wireless systems involving cellular technologies (2G, 3G, LTE, 5G) and wireless communication technologies (Wi-Fi, BT, GNSS, mmWave, NR).
  2. Design RF sub-systems, including transceivers, RFICs, Power Amplifiers, LNAs, filters, couplers, power dividers, and antennas.
  3. Analyse system level performance using strong knowledge of RF principles and solve RF related issues quickly.
  4. Conduct detailed design reviews for RF section and drive performance and cost improvements on a regular basis.
  5. Guide engineers to validate designs through prototyping, testing, and debugging using lab equipment (VNA, spectrum analysers, communication analyser, Signal generator, Oscilloscope etc.).
  6. Responsible for design and verification of Transmitter chain parameters (ACLR, Modulation Analysis (EVM, CCDF, Frequency Error), occupied bandwidth, Transmitter unwanted Emissions, Intermodulation).
  7. Responsible for design and verification of Receiver parameters (Gain, Noise Figure, Receiver dynamic Range, Blocking (In-band, Narrow-band, Out of band).
  8. Provide guidance in protocol conformance testing (PCT) and Radio conformance testing (RCT).
  9. Calibrate and optimize wireless interface for performance and quality.
  10. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure design compatibility and system integration.
  11. Generate technical documentation, including design reports, test plans, and datasheets.
  12. Support product certification processes and ensure compliance with industry standards (FCC, CE, etc.).
