We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineering Professional to join our team.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing MEP systems for commercial office spaces. They will work closely with architects, civil engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless design-to-delivery coordination.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing accurate MEP layout drawings using Autodesk Revit (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and low-voltage systems).
  • Collaborating with architectural and structural teams for clash detection and coordination.
  • Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for MEP services aligned with design and execution requirements.
  • Supporting tendering and vendor alignment processes with technical documentation.
  • Revising and updating models and drawings based on feedback and site conditions.
  • Conducting regular coordination meetings with vendors and consultants to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
  • Performing quantity take-offs and supporting procurement processes by providing detailed schedules.
  • Performing site visits if required for design validation and MEP inspections.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
  • 4–5 years of relevant hands-on experience with Revit MEP in commercial/office space projects.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for BIM coordination.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems.
  • Experience preparing BOQs and technical documentation for tendering.
  • Excellent understanding of building services codes and industry standards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
