Strategic Technical Expert

As a high-caliber software engineer, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences through innovative design and development. This role demands an in-depth understanding of software applications and products to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cultivate strong relationships with customers to comprehend their requirements and pain points, showcasing empathy and advocating for solutions that cater to user-centric needs.
  2. Develop novel solutions by leveraging various tools, languages, frameworks, methodologies, and technologies to tackle complex problems.
  3. Evaluate the most suitable technology stack, integration method, deployment strategy, etc., for software applications or services.
  4. Design high-level software architecture that outlines the overall structure, components, and interfaces of applications.
  5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, architects, etc.
  6. Formulate and implement comprehensive software test strategies, guidelines, policies, and processes aligned with organizational vision, industry regulations, and market best practices.
  7. Optimize application performance and develop innovative solutions using new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
  8. Familiar with programming best practices such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
  9. Support security practices to safeguard user data, encompassing encryption and anonymization.
  10. Develop intuitive and interactive interfaces.
  11. Design and maintain back-end applications like APIs and microservices using server-side languages.
  12. Assess and incorporate emerging technologies and capabilities to deliver solutions.

This position requires senior engineers with extensive experience in coding languages, guiding principles, at least 10 years in IT, and 8+ years in development. A Bachelor's Degree is also required. The hybrid working model allows for flexible work arrangements.
