Job Summary

The ideal candidate will assist the design team in developing footwear concepts, sketches, and mood boards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative designs under the guidance of the design team.
  • Conduct thorough research on global fashion trends and competitor products.
  • Support product development with sampling, material selection, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for sample follow-ups.
  • Prepare presentations to effectively communicate product information.
  • Document product details and style references for future reference.
  • Assist in photoshoots, merchandising displays, and product content creation when required.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the design department.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with an understanding of fashion trends.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of design principles and aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
