Job Title: Senior Frontend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our team at ConsultBae India Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend development, a deep understanding of React.js, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.js
* Build reusable components and frontend libraries for future use
* Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
* Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
* Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and other services
* Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
* Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the application remains current and competitive
* Troubleshoot and debug complex issues and provide solutions in a timely manner

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
* 7+ years of professional experience in frontend development
* Extensive experience with React.js and its core principles
* Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
* Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
* Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
* Experience with data structure libraries (e.g. Immutable.js)
* Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
* Familiarity with RESTful APIs
* Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms (such as JSON Web Token)
* Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools
* Experience with common frontend development tools (such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.)
* Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
* A knack for benchmarking and optimization
* Familiarity with Git version control
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with TypeScript
* Familiarity with GraphQL
* Understanding of server-side rendering and its benefits
* Experience with testing frameworks (like Jest, Mocha, or Enzyme)
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines
