About Our Team
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Expert to join our team. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across various digital channels. Your primary goal will be to drive measurable ROI, track analytics, and scale client campaigns with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid campaign strategies for multiple clients.
- Create and manage ad creatives, targeting, and budgets to maximize results.
- Analyze and report campaign performance using metrics such as CPC, CPL, ROAS, and CPA.
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize ads, landing pages, and funnels for improved outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure optimal campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing strategies.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple client campaigns with ownership and accountability.
- Strong analytical mindset and ROI-driven approach.
Work Arrangements:
- Location: Koparkhairne, Navi Mumbai (Office-based)
- Working Hours: Flexible 8-hour shift
- Working Days: 6 days a week
