Driving Data Success: A Visionary Technical Project Manager is Sought

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and timelines for data ingestion, transformation, governance, AI/ML models, and analytics deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, BI analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions on time and within budget.
  • Capture and translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for data and analytics solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for data pipelines, data quality, governance, AI services, and BI dashboards or reporting tools.
  • Ensure data quality, lineage, security, and compliance requirements are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Expertise:

  • 13+ years of experience in IT with 6+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Delivery Lead.
  • Hands-on development experience in data engineering, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration workflows.
  • Solid understanding of modern data architecture: data lakes, warehouses, pipelines, ETL/ELT, governance, and AI tooling.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with senior execs and technical leads.
