Job Title: SAP Logistics Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Logistics Consultant to join our team at AviinTech Business Solutions. As a Senior SAP Logistics Consultant, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering end-to-end SAP solutions for logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute the implementation and deployment of SAP logistics solutions.
  • Analyze clients' supply chain processes and develop customized SAP solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP logistics modules.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolutions and enhancements.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
  • Assist in presales activities by providing technical expertise and solution recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices methodologies and tools for SAP logistics consulting.
  • Build and foster strong client relationships through effective communication and delivery excellence.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and project teams.
  • Participate in the development and review of proposals, statements of work, and project plans.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and strategic direction of the SAP logistics practice.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP logistics and supply chain management.
  • Proven expertise in implementing and customizing SAP Logistics, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management modules.
  • Strong understanding of integration points between logistics and other SAP modules, such as MM, SD, and PP.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering effective and sustainable solutions.
  • Project management experience with the ability to lead and manage SAP logistics projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in client engagement, requirements gathering, and solution design.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Certification in SAP Logistics or other relevant SAP certifications is a plus.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring junior consultants and project teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into SAP solutions.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Thorough understanding of industry-specific challenges and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
