Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Validation Manager to lead our validation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive validation strategies and processes to ensure product quality and reliability throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and priorities, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Establish and oversee validation plans, protocols, and procedures, guaranteeing compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO, MHRA).
  • Lead and manage a team of validation analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to address potential product risks, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective products.
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes that increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors as needed for validation testing services, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Ensure end-to-end documentation and traceability of validation activities, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on validation activities to senior management and stakeholders, promoting transparency and open communication.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in validation and quality assurance, with a strong background in regulatory affairs and industry best practices.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
