Youth Video Producer (Full-time)

What You'll Do:

  • We're seeking an experienced professional to oversee the development and implementation of our youth-focused video content strategy.
  • Increase engagement, retention, click-through rates, and overall audience growth across our YouTube channels.
  • Create and manage a dynamic content calendar that meets our target audience's preferences and interests.
  • Enhance video performance through optimization of metadata, titles, tags, thumbnails, and descriptions.
  • Conduct A/B testing on various elements such as thumbnails, titles, and posting schedules to refine our strategy.
  • Analyze audience behavior and adjust our content accordingly to ensure maximum impact.

  • The ability to combine creative vision with data-driven insights to inform your decisions.
