Driving large-scale Data Engineering and Cloud Platform programs requires a seasoned Delivery Lead/Program Manager. This role entails planning, execution, and delivery of complex data engineering and cloud programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize and deliver data ecosystems, including data lakes, warehouses, and real-time analytics.
  • Oversee solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Lead and mentor teams while engaging stakeholders with clear updates on progress, risks, and solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Extensive experience in Data Engineering, Cloud, and AI program management is essential.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale ecosystems and enterprise data platforms is required.
  • Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and knowledge of GenAI/Agentic AI is a plus.
  • Strong program management skills with tools like JIRA, Trello, MS Project are necessary.
  • Technical knowledge in SQL, NoSQL, Python, Spark/Kafka, DBT, etc. is required.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, risk management, and communication skills are essential.
