Leadership Role in Robotics Operations

The position of Service Head in Mobile Robotics is a leadership role that demands strategic operations and service leadership. As part of the leadership team, you will develop and implement comprehensive service and maintenance strategies for our mobile robotics, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee all aspects of MR operations, including the creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for MR onboarding and field operations.
  • Provide expert technical leadership and guidance on complex mobile robotics systems, including sensors, actuators, and associated field instrumentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value MR clients post-deployment, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Leverage data to identify inefficiencies and continuously improve processes across delivery, support, and customer engagement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • A minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in operations management, industrial maintenance, field service, or a related field, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of mobile robotics systems and aftermarket product ecosystems.
  • In-depth knowledge of various technologies relevant to robotics, such as sensors, actuators, and control systems.

Preferred Skills and Requisites:

  • Currently working with MR owners, a product company, or in the automotive industry.
