About this Job

We are seeking a skilled GitHub Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing and maintaining our GitHub infrastructure, ensuring seamless collaboration among team members.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering GitHub Enterprise and Azure DevOps SaaS, including permissions, API integrations, pipeline scripting, limitations, and security.
  • Managing Docker and GitHub Runners, both self-hosted and cloud-based.
  • Integrating APIs with an emphasis on security.
  • Utilizing ITSM processes and ticketing tools like Remedy or Service-Now.
  • Scripting using Shell, Python, and PowerShell.
  • Experience in application release automation or code migrations utilizing GitHub, Azure DevOps, CA Release Automation (Nolio), Nexus Repository, or similar automation tools.
  • Familiarity with Unix, Linux, and Windows environments, including debugging and command-line administration.

Nice to Haves:

  • Automation, Ansible, Scripting Python, Shell, PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with web services, REST, SOAP, or AJAX.
  • Windows and Linux Server Administration.
  • General networking/internet communication protocols.
  • Remote desktop administration.
  • Extensive Java JRE/JDK knowledge.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and observability in DevOps practices.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in GitHub administration.
  • 1+ year of experience in application release automation or code migrations.
