The Administrative Coordinator role is a vital part of our team, responsible for providing support to our clients and staff members. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing bookings, ensuring timely and accurate processing of client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Developing and maintaining a master schedule for gymnastics classes, optimizing resource utilization and instructor assignments.
  • Providing detailed information to clients regarding class schedules, pricing, and specific requirements.
  • Coordinating with instructors and staff to resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • University degree in management or related field; additional administrative or customer service training an asset.
  • Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles, preferably in sports or recreational settings.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff members.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including booking management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and email.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our gym and its clients.
