Job Description:

A highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Administrator is required to manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing AWS cloud solutions, including EC2 instances, S3 buckets, VPCs, RDS databases, and Lambda functions.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain high-availability and disaster recovery solutions, utilizing backup software such as Veeam, AWS Snapshots, Commvault, and Backup Exec. They will oversee automation scripts and tools for provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of cloud and on-premises resources.

The role involves analyzing system performance, identifying trends, and implementing improvements to ensure optimal resource utilization and cost efficiency. Utilizing monitoring platforms like Datadog, Orion, Nagios, and WhatsUp Gold.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and administer AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain high-availability and disaster recovery solutions
  • Oversee automation scripts and tools for provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of cloud and on-premises resources
  • Analyze system performance, identify trends, and implement improvements to ensure optimal resource utilization and cost efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing and managing AWS cloud solutions
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience administering Okta
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification is highly preferred
