Position Overview:

This role involves leading performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels, optimizing paid campaigns for user acquisition, maximizing return on investment, and scaling customer bases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will have expertise in paid media, analytics, and campaign optimization.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through various digital channels.
  • Lead campaign creation and management across multiple platforms, aligning with business objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Manage the marketing budget, tracking spend against performance goals and optimizing for cost-efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new advertising technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Drive growth initiatives through retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and advanced segmentation strategies.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of driving measurable results in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles.
  • Experience handling significant performance marketing budgets.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta).
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
