Interior Space Designer

We are seeking a skilled professional to create visually pleasing and functional spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Define project requirements and schedules during the briefing process, effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders.
  • Translate customer needs into detailed plans, incorporating expert knowledge of layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, and custom furniture.
  • Research and source materials and products, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Produce mood boards and samples, showcasing creative talent and imagination.
  • Supervise work progress, collaborating with designers, decorators, architects, and constructors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain a strong portfolio of previous works, demonstrating expertise and creativity.
  • Develop and implement effective communication and presentation skills, presenting designs and ideas to clients and stakeholders.
  • Apply project management skills, coordinating multiple tasks and deadlines to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in decorating interior spaces, with a focus on consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions.
  • Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and installations.
  • Proficiency in design programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present designs and ideas effectively.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
