Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Specialist based in Tamil Nadu. The BIM Specialist will be responsible for BIM Coordination, Architecture, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), and Submittals on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Model Creation: Utilize BIM software (specifically Autodesk Revit) to develop and submit accurate and high-quality BIM models for our hospital and railway projects. Your expertise will help ensure that models meet our rigorous standards for design and functionality.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively from a designated common location with team members and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Site Visits: Participate in occasional site visits to collect essential inputs, interact with on-site teams, and engage in project discussions. These visits will help gather first-hand information necessary for enhancing our models and project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Experience in BIM modeling for hospital and railway projects is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Salary: ₹750000 per annum
Location: Tamil Nadu
