Senior Manager Analytics

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Analytics to lead our team in developing and implementing advanced machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, programming skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop machine learning models to address complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand specific requirements and develop integrated solutions.
  • Analyze and improve the model performance by optimizing algorithms, tuning hyperparameters, and using advanced techniques.
  • Conduct research on the latest trends in analytics, machine learning, and AI to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation for AI models and results.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality and maintainability of the codebase.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning, data analysis, and software development.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other languages.
  • Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
