Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled digital marketing professional to lead our search engine advertising campaigns.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch, manage, and scale search engine campaigns with a data-driven mindset.
  • Target local and regional businesses in the USA using a test-and-scale approach.
  • Optimize campaign structure, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies to maximize performance.
  • Provide weekly reports and actionable insights on cost per click, cost per lead, return on ad spend, lead quality, and other key metrics.
  • Own campaign performance and ensure lead and sales key performance indicators are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on alignment and landing page optimization.

You Must Have:

  • Mandatory certification in search engine advertising.
  • Proven experience running search engine campaigns for small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Strong understanding of North American business segments and customer behavior.
  • Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for maximum performance.
  • Expertise in lead generation, return on ad spend optimization, and budget scaling.
  • Strong communication skills and English proficiency.
