Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager at Turner & Townsend, you will be responsible for leading project planning, preparation, and management. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure project success and manage project works, including baseline monitoring, benchmarking, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present project information to clients and stakeholders as required.
  • Support the Project Head in managing project works and meetings.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, including activity duration estimates and project tracking.
  • Identify critical path and establish project baselines.
  • Prepare and track project schedules, including S-curves and schedule variances.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including delays, risks, and resources.
  • Perform project integrator role and manage changes to the project.
  • Communicate effectively with project members and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including monthly and weekly progress reports.
  • Manage project governance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, with demonstrated career growth.
  • Sound knowledge and experience of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Understanding of the project life cycle, from conception to completion.
