Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at TVH. This is a full-time position responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day financial operations of the company.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and booking sales/tax invoices, as well as managing the process of uploading purchase invoices into Link and Tally. You will also be responsible for maintaining records of all documents, including export documents, purchase invoices, and sales invoices.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Sales Invoice Management: Prepare and book sales/tax invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Purchase Invoice Management: Upload purchase invoices into Link and Tally, ensuring seamless integration between systems.
  • Document Management: Maintain records of all documents, including export documents, purchase invoices, and sales invoices.
  • GL Reconciliation: Conduct regular General Ledger reconciliations and follow up on any discrepancies or issues.
  • Creditor Review: Review creditor accounts and ensure prompt payment of invoices to terms.
  • Petty Cash Management: Manage petty cash expenses and report to the head office accounts team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in financial operations or accounting.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in financial software applications (e.g. Tally, Link).
