Design Visionary

As a Design Visionary, you will develop innovative visual identities for digital, print, and multimedia campaigns.

  • Create visually appealing assets for websites, apps, social media, newsletters, presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote), and promotional materials.
  • Design engaging 3D visuals, motion graphics, and short videos for global campaigns.
  • Produce high-quality PDFs and corporate documents ready for investors, partners, and international presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and visual impact.
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, effective, and memorable visuals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines with precision.
  • Stay updated with design, UI/UX, and global visual trends.
Requirements
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in professional design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with 3D design, animation, and video editing.
  • Solid knowledge of UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
  • Ability to create interactive presentations and attractive PDFs.
  • Strong portfolio showing experience in branding, campaigns, and corporate materials.
  • Excellent storytelling skills through design and visuals.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Figma or Sketch for prototyping.
  • Knowledge of digital illustration and infographic design.
  • Experience in international campaigns with broad reach.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for collaboration with development teams.
  • Strong ability to connect strategic creativity with business goals.
