Visa Executive

• The job holder will assist clients in obtaining visas, green cards, and other necessary documentation.
• The Visa Executive will consult, prepare, and accurately process visa applications for clients, involving regular office and field work while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all visa requirements.
• Provide consultation to clients on visa processing requirements.
• Coordinate with Embassies/Consulates/Visa Processing Centers.
• Interview clients and deal with applications face-to-face and via post to ensure suitability.
• Handle client queries over the phone and via email, with daily follow-ups and assistance in filling visa and passport forms.
• Verify documents and collect applications for visa processing.
• Address customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone.
• Record and maintain all application data, ensuring accurate and timely entry into the system without errors.
• Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures, manuals, etc., without deviating from processes.
• Encourage applicants to provide feedback on services provided and their overall experience at the application center.
• Ensure the entire process is completed within the mandated turnaround time.
