We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Sector Coverage Team in preparing Pitch Books and conducting industry research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sector Coverage Team in preparing Pitch Books, conducting industry research/analysis, financial analysis, valuation, etc for Capital Markets, M&A and Private Equity transactions.
- Analyze and prepare Information Memorandum, valuations & financial models required for the deal.
- Assist in documentation, conducting due diligence, presentations etc.
- Gather data from clients and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain relevant database on a regular basis on Companies in respective sectors.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking in the Industrials sector.
- MBA from Premier Institute or CA.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, valuations and Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
