Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agentic AI Engineer to join our innovative team. This role involves owning the full lifecycle of cutting-edge agentic AI solutions, from architectural design and implementation to successful deployment in a production environment.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to drive key technical decisions and play a crucial role in shaping the evolution of our AI platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement agentic AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Architect and build robust backend systems.
  • Integrate and manage interactions with Large Language Models through APIs and interfaces.
  • Utilize vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.
  • Develop sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Lang graph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, and other engineers.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and agentic technologies.
  • Contribute to the technical direction and architecture of our agentic AI platform.
  • Deploy solutions on cloud platforms.
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in software development, with a strong track record of delivering production-grade backend systems.
  • Proven expertise in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Langchain.
  • Demonstrated experience with agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Deep understanding of Large Language Models and their application in building intelligent systems.
  • Proficient with Git for version control.
  • Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms.
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for production deployments.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent Communication & Inter-personal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
