Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Bihar

Arting Digital Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Bihar. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and profitability in the region.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in sales and team management. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, managing a team of Relationship Managers and POSPs, and ensuring the overall profitability of the Bihar region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership:
    • Lead a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and POSPs (Point of Sales Persons) to drive sales growth and achieve business targets.
    • Mentor and guide RMs to meet their sales targets and build strong relationships with customers.
  2. Sales Performance:
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales through POSPs and drive business growth in the region.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  3. Profitability:
    • Ensure the overall profitability of the Bihar region by managing costs, revenue generation, and business growth.
    • Analyze financial performance and make informed decisions to optimize business outcomes.
  4. Talent Acquisition:
    • Recruit and onboard new Relationship Managers and POSPs to strengthen the sales team and drive business growth.
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Skills Required:
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Sales Experience: Strong experience in sales, preferably in the general insurance industry, with a focus on motor insurance.
  • Recruitment Skills: Ability to recruit and select talented professionals to join the sales team.
  • Business Acumen: Excellent understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, and finance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to various stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, preferably in the general insurance industry, who has experience leading high-performing teams and driving business growth. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of success in sales and team management.
