About the Role

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid media strategies across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic paid marketing plans across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
  • Own campaign performance metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign results and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI and customer growth.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages to drive performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling, on-brand campaign assets.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
