Technical Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Basis
  • Monitoring and maintaining SAP systems environments (Sandbox, Development, QA, Production, and DR)
  • Installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting multiple SAP landscapes and third-party tools
  • Performing core Basis functions (e.g., System Refresh, support packs, kernels, transports, DR drills)
  • Researching and implementing solutions for Basis functionality in performance monitoring, tuning, and system configuration using SAP Best Practices
  • Experience with system refreshes and restores of dual (ABAP+JAVA) and single-stack systems
  • Working experience with the Business Suite of SAP and SAP HANA
  • Experience with installing, configuring, and supporting Solution Manager
  • Experience with Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, and Cloud is an added advantage
  • Experience working with global delivery models, including offshore, multi-cultural teams, functional teams, and stakeholders
  • Willingness to work in a 24x7 support environment
