We are seeking a seasoned AI Engineer to specialize in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Interactive AI. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing LLM pipelines for structured, interactive outputs.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement optimized LLM pipelines for structured, interactive outputs, utilizing Phi-2, TinyLLaMA, Mistral-small, and other frameworks.
  • Develop branching narrative/interaction flows with deterministic continuation and constrained decoding techniques.
  • Moderate and safety layers, including rule-based filters, toxicity detection using Detoxify, and fallbacks to external moderation APIs, such as GPT/Claude.
  • Apply content filtering and vocabulary controls to ensure safe, compliant outputs.
  • Implement heuristics-based personalization and progress tracking for adaptive experiences.
  • Optimize models for offline-first inference, leveraging quantization, ONNX, GGUF/ggml, and cloud fallback when necessary.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience in applied AI/NLP, with at least 3 years focused on LLMs or conversational AI.
  • Strong background in language models, including fine-tuning, LoRA, adapter methods, and prompt engineering.
  • Proficiency in PyTorch; experience serving models with FastAPI/Docker.
  • Experience with edge optimization, including quantization, batching, and caching.
