Senior SAP FICO Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO professional to lead our project team in implementing the SAP FICO module.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the implementation of the SAP FICO module, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, including integration with other modules, to drive successful deployments.
  • Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and performance within the SAP FICO module.
  • Perform detailed configuration of SAP FICO modules to align with business requirements, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Internal Orders.
  • Collaborate with other SAP module consultants to ensure seamless integration between FICO and other modules like MM, SD, PP, and HR.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the SAP FICO system post-implementation.
  • Lead project teams in an agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to budgets.
  • Evaluate the SAP FICO solution for compliance requirements and accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • 10-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
  • At least one full life cycle implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is mandatory.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO configuration, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud functionalities, and integration points with other SAP modules.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP certification in FICO and/or S/4HANA is highly desirable.
