Job Position: SAP FICO Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in implementing and configuring SAP FICO solutions for our company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-15 years of experience in full life cycle project implementation, configuration expertise in S4 HANA Finance and Central Finance, and a solid understanding of master data, general ledger (GL), accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), financial supply chain management (FSCM), asset accounting, and cash and bank accounting.

The successful candidate will also possess functional and technical knowledge of automatic payment programs, new GL, document splitting, and profit center accounting (PCA). Integration knowledge between finance and other logistics modules, such as material management (MM) and sales and distribution (SD), is essential.

A deep understanding of the SAP CO (Controlling) module, particularly product costing, cost center planning, calculation of activity rates, and overhead accounting, is required. Experience in core business processes in controlling along with integration knowledge with production planning (PP) and cost-of-production accounting (COPA) is necessary.

The ideal candidate should have a good grasp of MTS/MTO scenarios with sales order costing, COPA design, reporting based on costing-based COPA, and material ledger. Actual costing and transfer pricing concepts are added advantages.

In addition to technical skills, the candidate should be able to respond to user requirements, resolve problems, develop designs, and model processes. Experience in S/4 HANA migration concepts, S/4 HANA data model concepts, and S/4 HANA cash management is desirable.

A certification in S/4 HANA is preferred. Exposure to Solution Manager/IDOC/PI and experience in ASAP Methodology are good to have.
