Senior Hospital Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Strategist for Healthcare Organizations to join our team at JobStars HR Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and providing strategic guidance to ensure the hospital's financial stability and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and projections to support decision-making and drive financial efficiency.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key financial trends and areas for improvement.
- Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and minimizing financial losses.
- Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to develop and manage the hospital's financial strategies and goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience of 7 to 10 years in hospital finance or healthcare financial management.
- In-depth knowledge of hospital finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in financial management software and MS Office suite.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
