We are seeking a skilled rug designer to lead our creative direction across various product lines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive plan for our company's creative vision and implementation strategies.
• Create concept ideas for themes and collections to drive business growth.
• Design high-quality rugs with unique textures and qualities that meet customer expectations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in fibres, yarns & weaves for manufacturing.
• Plan visually appealing exhibition stand designs to showcase our collections.
• Visualize rug designs in room settings to enhance the overall aesthetic experience.
• Design engaging catalogues and social media content to promote our brand.
• Maintain effective communication with factories and exhibitions as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree or diploma in design is essential.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with carpet techniques including hand tuft, hand knotted, and handloom is crucial.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, and Indesign is necessary.
• Galaincha software expertise is a plus.
