Job Title: Facilities Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Facilities Management Coordinator. This position will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including managing contracts, supervising housekeeping staff, and coordinating events.

Responsibilities:

  • Contract Labour Management: Manage and oversee contract labour workforce, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of facilities.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute various events and initiatives, including health check-up camps, picnics, and festival celebrations.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, including procurement, accounting, and payment processing.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Good Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Drafting Agreements: Proficiency in drafting and reviewing agreements, including contracts and memoranda of understanding.
  • Knowledge of Labour Laws: Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving shared goals and objectives.
  • Self-Initiator: Proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing change.
