The ideal candidate is creatively inclined with exceptional writing skills and ability to craft engaging content that attracts immediate attention.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit and proofread content to ensure high editorial standards.
  • Collaborate with teams to assess project needs and help with messaging.
  • Drive consistency across all communications.
  • Develop and implement guidelines.
  • Stay current on trends and competitors within the editorial sphere.
  • Conduct research to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
  • Write and edit SEO-friendly content for website pages, blog posts, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive organic traffic and engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEO and content marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with guidelines.
  • See projects through from inception to deployment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications.
  • 1-3 years' experience in content marketing or writing.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually.
  • Comfortable working independently with little direction under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar.
  • Familiarity with research tools and SEO analytics up-to-date in the Beauty industry.
