About the Role

As a seasoned software engineer, you will be leading both feature and AI integration workstreams in our ERP/CRM modernization. You'll build interactive UI modules in Blazor WASM + Telerik, develop secure, scalable REST APIs in .NET Core, integrate SQL and document stores, and integrate Azure AI services with ERP/CRM workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy microservices in Azure using .NET Core and Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with DevOps to monitor and maintain the performance of microservices.
  • Design and implement efficient database architectures for large-scale applications.
  • Implement API security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Drive one or more AI-powered use cases end-to-end from design to production.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience with .NET Core, SQL Server, and enterprise backend patterns.
  • Strong skills in Blazor WASM, T-SQL, and asynchronous programming.
  • API-first mindset, secure coding practices, and ownership of one complete AI-integrated project.
  • Experience with unit testing, performance tuning, and Git version control.
Ideal Candidate:

You're a pragmatic full stack developer who can think like a product owner, translate use cases into fast features, and hold their own in integrating AI without a full ML team backing you. You understand ERP/CRM entities and can architect clean user flows while improving performance and modernizing legacy systems.
