Senior Civil Engineer - Rail Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in the rail infrastructure sector. This is a challenging role that requires expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining complex civil engineering projects.

  • About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality designs and solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Detailed Design and Analysis: Perform detailed design and analysis of complex civil engineering projects, including structural and geotechnical assessments.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and budget compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project objectives.
  • Client Relationship: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • At least 3 years of experience in senior roles within the rail industry, preferably with a focus on civil engineering.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CAD software and analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
